Cancellations
While we understand that "life happens," please be aware:
Due to the high number of no call/no shows, we are now requiring a credit card at the time of booking. Failure to give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the total service price. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Payment
We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover, as well as, cash and personal checks. There is a $30 fee for any returned checks.
Gratuity
Gratuities are always appreciated and, of course, discretionary. We are unable to add them to your credit cards. You may however, write a check, use cash, or pay via Venmo or Paypal. Thanks for your understanding in this matter.
Commitment To Service
We are dedicated to the exceptional service we provide to our clients. We are also human. If you are unhappy with the service provided to you, you must call within 7 days of that service for any tweaks necessary, free of charge. Jeffrey Smith Salon is not responsible for products or applications used outside of our recommendations.
